I am calculating the percentage of materials that contain recycled content. It says MEP type work is not to be included in the calculation.

Visitor Count - Dormitory

We received our preliminary design review comments back and were asked to include a daily average visitors number. Our average users value is 3, peak users value is 27, and the FTE value is 3.

Meeting the 5% landscape requirements with planters

Hi, The credit says that for applying the points, minimum 5% of the site area shall have planters, garden etc. Does the potted plants are counted under planters.

Entryway systems

CS-2009 IEQc5:Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control

1) In the C&S 2009 requirements for IEQc5, there is a statement that says "Core & Shell projects that do not have entryway systems cannot achieve this credit." What exactly does that mean?

Calculation of Green Power

Green Power is listed throughout the credit as the total electricity consumption of the building, yet the credit (EAc6) is performing the calculation from table 2-10 in the Energy Model from EAp2,
