Can the signage be accomplished by marking "Low-Emitting Vehicles Only" on the ground itself of the individual parking spaces?

Yes, marking on the ground is being accepted. We've been asked by the reviewers to mark the signage with "Low-Emitting and Fuel-Efficient Vehicles only",

Does there have to be a designated carpool drop-off area for low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles
