Hi, we're renovating 2 of the floors of an inpatient facility. Would this use the BD+C for Healthcare; BD+C for NC and Major Renovations; or the CI rating system?

There is an existing hospital within 1/2 mile walking distance to our project. The hospital has a chapel, shop, pharmacy, etc.
