Hi, we're renovating 2 of the floors of an inpatient facility. Would this use the BD+C for Healthcare; BD+C for NC and Major Renovations; or the CI rating system?

There is an existing hospital within 1/2 mile walking distance to our project. The hospital has a chapel, shop, pharmacy, etc.

My project has: 1-men's restroom (has a urinal), 1-women's restroom, and 8-unisex restrooms (two have urinals)

How the daily jurnal with building managements and occupants are documented on your projects? Do you provide online questionnaires or other means of communication?

The USGBC reviewer has pointed out that per LEED Interpretation 10372, wood materials that contain both recycled content and FSC certified wood content, cannot be counted twice - which makes sense,

For this requirement: "Areas and systems that are not part of the tenant scope of work are exempt."

Just to confirm that my understanding is correct
