Hi Dzu Pham,
As long as your cafe yard is physically accessible and supports environmental goals such as provide visual interest all year long, accommodate outdoor social activities, encourage physical activity, or dedicated to a community garden, it is included as an open space as stated on the LEED guide page 177 and 178.
