Satisfaction of the authority

Dear all, can anyone explain "satisfaction of the authority"? Under German law the property owner is obligated to remediate all contaminations.

Hi,

We are doing the day lighting simulation for office building under LEED ID+C v4.1 rating system. We have opted the option 2 simulation approach to meet the credit requirements.

We have a project that is not required to do site contamination testing, and does not believe there is any reason for the site to have contamination (they have always owned the site), so they did n

Is this credit to require all of the structure (walls, floor, floor slab, roof ect.) to be accounted for in measuring for this credit? Or just the walls?
