we registered a project as a Master Site in LEED v4 version and we would like to replace the WEc3 credit with the same credit of the LEED v4.1 version.

Are art galleries exempt from this credit or can the requirements be modified where windows or clerestorys may provide limited views to protect the art or maximize wall space?

Do the electric vehicle parking spaces need to be located within a certain distance of the building entrance?  If yes, what is maximum allowable distance and is this distance a radial distance

Would it be possible to count electric motorcycles as electric vehicles as well? Or, as electric vehicles, only cars and vans are valid?
