Hi! We are working on a project in which there are 2 office buildings (both will seek LEED Certification) within the Master Site boundary, but it is separated in the middle by a public road.

The owner of a recently finished retail project wants to certify the building under LEED D+C. The construction finished a couple of days ago and the tenants will be moving in soon.
