I have to recalculate the chiller COP of Baseline Building, to consider the power of the fans?
Or just put the COP marked by Standard 90.1 and attributed the fan power calculated by the Standard?

Model the chiller COP and perform the baseline fan power calculations according to Appendix G.

Or do you mean the fans of an aircooled chiller on the heat rejection side? In that case I would ask if the COP of your chiller must include the power needed to drive those fans...
