We have a project in Riyadh, and 92 % parking is under ground ( 2 basements for parking) so we are complying the 50% parking requirements which donot require SRI Roof.
1.Do we require SRI comliant roof for the remaining 8% parking coming on the ground floor level? If required, then do we have to comply both vegetated roof requirement and solar panel requirement for the above ground car parking shade, or only have to provide 29 SRI compliant shading.
2.Do we consider 50% of the total paking spaces including or excluding handicap parking. Thanks,

If more than 50% of the parking is under ground, you do not need SRI compliant roof for the the remaining 8%. How many handicap parking spaces do you have? Normally, I would include the handicap parking spaces in the total parking spaces amount.
