Tristan - simply stating, the examples and what is commonly referred to as an ongoing consumable did not appear to address restaurant consumables.

We are documenting the cleaning materials and other purchases in IEQ and MR but we see no where to document the paper products. Where do you account for that?

We have a project campus that is a quarter of a mile from a residential community, however a freeway prevents direct walkable access between the two. We have access to over 10 basic services.

Campus bike rakes

NC-2009 SSc4.2:Alternative Transportation—Bicycle Storage and Changing Rooms

My understanding is that with a campus project, the bike racks simply need to be located within the campus (or 200' from the campus). Is that correct?

In a new construction, which is an Office building, does it count reusing signed artworks and antiques that were existing in the old building?

What about furniture?

If instead of purchasing new furniture for the new buidling if we re-use the furniture from the old building will that qualify? Assuming we are counting furniture across MR credits.
