The model I'm working on has instant electric water heaters, per 90.1 7.4.2 Equipment Efficiency, "Equipment not listed in Table 7.8 has no minimum performance requirements...

As per requirement G3.1.5(f) baseline, any existing envelope, the baseline building design shall reflect existing conditions prior to any revision.
What should i do if you dont know R-value...
