We are working on a New Construction - Warehouse project that has two separate spaces (offices + warehouses). There are no densely occupied spaces with the expected occupancy considered. Are we still elegible for option 2 - carbon dioxide monitoring by installing CO2 sensors in all occupied spaces (eventhough they are not densely occupied)?
Thanks in advance!

Marina, did you receive feedback on this question? I have a similar issue.

the language says "as applicable" so you have to pursue other strategies and is also an acknowledgment that some strategies may not be applicable, v4.1 is more clear to me and is allowing to choose other strategies.

Hi Marina,
The requirement is to monitor CO2 concentrations within all densely occupied space (LEED BD+C v4 guide page 647). Therefore, the credit can only be scored for densely occupied spaces.

We are looking for one point for additional enhanced indoor air quality strategies; our project is a Cafe and has mechanically ventilation. Now option (2) Mechanically ventilated spaces says (select one)...it means provided A. B.C.D, can we provide carbon dioxide monitoring (C) and we will be eligbile for one credit. Please guide.
Thanks
