Our firm held off from signing the AIA Materials Pledge because it was perceived as a feel-good commitment to promise to have good intentions, with no tracking. I was pleased to learn yesterday that reporting for signatories of the AIA Materials Pledge would "open" today (July 18) and close August 31, and would include mandatory reporting on firmwide policies and optional reporting on 1-3 individual projects. Went looking on the AIA website today and I only see the Materials Pledge Reporting Guide, a beautifully laid out PDF that says only that firms that have already signed will receive a survey form to fill out.
If you're with a firm that is already a signatory and have received this survey form, could you post it here so those of us who haven't signed can see what's actually being asked? Thanks!

Materials Pledge (MP) reporting is now live!
The A&D Materials Pledge program is excited to announce its inaugural reporting cycle. This year, the program will collect required firm-level metrics and optional project and product-level metrics from Materials Pledge signatory firms. Please note only one submission is required from each firm. Later in the year, we will publish a progress report to showcase where the industry is making strides—and where work still needs to be done in achieving holistic materials selection.
Reporting deadline: September 8, 5pm ET

When I click on that "Report your firm's data here" link, I get the error message: "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information." Could you try it and verify that it's working for you?

Heather Holdridge forwarded me an email that was sent to materials pledge signatories with a link that worked (probably truncated out in Rand's message). Report your firm's data here >
Using that I was able to screen-snap my way to build an image of the blank reporting form, attached here for the curious.

Thanks all for posting the reporting link and the reporting sample. I know that AIA is working on building the pdf of the reporting questions, and it should hopefully be posted today.
The website-based survey reporting format for this year and next is obviously not the smoothest experience, but AIA hopes to move to digitize it as soon as possible. Any information reported this year will be a helpful starting point.
thank you for PDF-ing, Z!
AIA has posted the compiled PDF of questions - hopefully this helps! Attached and also located here: https://network.aia.org/viewdocument/sample-submission-questions-for-202.
