We have a project with a complex occupancy. The facility is secure and staffed 24/7 by two groups, each group having 3 8-hour shifts.

Currently, the BIT User site is fully accessible without having to log in (unless you want to edit or add content, of course).

Option 1 energy simulation - I am in review of the LEED Interpretation ID# 10419 and I am unclear how I model the existing envelope of a ID+C tenant space.

We have recently received the design review comments for our project which is predominantly residential and includes a Dog Spa and Bike Maintenance areas available to residents only.

We have a project that has terraces in some floors, the issue is that the terraces have a roof but they are not enclosed. Can we count this area as open space?

What sorts of boilerplate and legalese will we need on the BIT User site? For example:

Is "Permanent" an acceptable response to 'Meter Type' in the Advanced Meters Table of the Advance Metering Credit form?  If not, what is the form looking for?
