USGBC rainfall events calculator

This credit requires you to gather, at minimum, 10 years worth of rainfall data. 

As to the other part of your question, if you don’t want to use the calculator, simply rank the data points from high-low in excel, and your storm event is simply the data point that 95% of the other data points fall below

HI, I'm in Indonesia also cannot get the data by our governmental regulation. The authority has no right to give raw data of rainfall event. Also, if it can, there will be more than 5000 row to input in the calculator, (is that right)? 

A good data set is going to have several thousand records over a 10+ year time period. 

I can’t help you obtain this data set, however  perhaps try local universities or news stations?

Any updates about that from USGBC?

I am not sure what kind of update you are looking for? The credit compliance requires you to obtain the necessary data, derived the required storage volume, and implement the GI practice. There is no alternative path because you can not (or aren't willing to) obtain the data.

We have collected from the local meteorological center the minimum 10 year rainfall data per hour per day required for credit.

It is a looong list of a little more than 88000 rows.

When using the 'USGBC rainfall event calculator' and after many tries turns out that the calculator only allows to insert 65500 rows.

When trying to add more than 65500 rows there is an 'error' message.

Any advice on how fix this problem?

Delete all the trace amounts 

By trace amounts, do you mean to delete all the 0.00 mm precipitation hours and days?

This is a Project located in a tropical country where only 2 seasons are strongly defined: summer season (with low to no precipitation) and rainy season (with high precipitation).
