My client is expanding an existing building onto an adjacent tract. Our LEED boundary is the interface between the new and existing buildings, extended across what was an existing parking lot.

Hi all, I am working on a residential multi-dwelling building. For a residential building it is impossible to control or decide the interior lighting for the apartments.

I have a dumb question - when they ask for Initial fixture lumens per lumenaire, do they want fixture output lumens or the lamp lumens? Big difference in the percentage calc.

Our project is in an urban site; the LEED boundary goes beyond the property line and sometimes the curbline.
