Is there an advantage or disadvantage to using a performance period longer than the minimum required? Using the shortest possible period means the fewest numbers to crunch.

In LT Walkable project site, the term "woonerf" is used, but in the Glossary section the definition of this term was apparently erased. Shouldn't it be taken back, to help clarify it?

I have an office building that will use solar pannels to generate hot sanitary water. But it will have an electric heaters aswell for back up. How can I consider this in my Model???.
