LEED for Homes - outside the USA ?

The usual question from the international market ? How do we rate houses outside continental USA ? Could we make use of a LEED for Home AP who works in the USA ?

USGBC has qualified a specific list of LEED for Homes Green Raters to work on the International Pilot. I believe they are all US-based.
