Can an employee in LEED consultant firm who was not involved in the project be the CxA ?

Hi, there.Can an employee of the LEED consultant firm who he/she is not a member of the design team be the CxA for both fundamental Cx and Enhanced CxA?

Recessed mats

We are considering using a recessed coir walk-off mat for a LEED project. It will be recessed with a stainless border. Does this count as a roll-out mat and would require weekly maintenance?

Project with only one parking space
