Currently scoring 85%

CI-2009 IEQc8.2:Daylight and Views—Views for Seated Spaces

Hi, I'd appreciate any tips or suggestions there may be from previous projects about how to score a few extra percentage points. We're currently on 85.5%, so close and yet it seems so far.

Dear all, A simple question: we are the LEED consultant for a project, which is larger than 50000sqft. But we are directly contracted by the Owner.

Off site stormwater handling

NC-2009 SSc6.1:Stormwater Design—Quantity Control

Can we obtain this credit for a site that already has natural drainage systems surrounding it, i.e. outside the site boundary? The water that falls on the site is taken care of in a natural way.

The project we are working on as no 'densely occupied space' at all. Can we still apply to this credit?

No parking and no hardlandscaping

My project does not have parking and more than 50% of the landscaping will be planted. Can I validate this credit that we limit the creation of hardlandscaping? Thanks a lot

While it's been 'fun' to have numerous comment periods, extensive and detailed discussions about the most miniscular of LEED subjects...Oh boy am I pleased that the landslide bought that to an end.
