Hej! Our building is in LZ3 and Lighting Power Allowance for facades is 0.15W/ft2 for each illuminated wall .

city owned lights are not included in our photometric calculations, but how in reality can somebody check that the lights are matching our calculations if the city-owned lights are there anyways?
