Campus Credit - Landscape

Our Project is a Campus Project with 4 registered buildings for LEED. The ground cover landscape didn't not meet the SS C5.1 requirement. So we opted for Roof Garden on one of the buildings. We didn't attempt SS C2 credit because Option 2 Community Connectivity can not be attended as campus credit. So is there any other option to pursue this credit. During individual project submission, is it necessary to meet landscape requirement for individual project? If so, can we change LEED Project Boundary ?
