is it also a prerequisite to have a LEED AP O+M for a recertification project via Arcskoru?

We are currently working on incorporating sufficient strategies to naturally ventilate an industrial warehouse.

In the building I am modelling there is a big warehouse that is heated partially only (where the workers are more active, i.e. close to the loading bays).

In BD+C-v4.1 LTc4, Option 1, Table 1a, in calculating the FAR for nonresidential uses, does on-site parking need to be included in the overall available acreage of the available building space

Mithun has a part-time employee Jake Minden who is a graduate student at the University of Washington.
