Hi,
Does open grass area that was previously re-graded (decades ago) to slope to a man made stormwater retention pond count as greenfield, or is this previously disturbed?
Is a previously developed Stormwarer retention pond considered a water body or not? the LEED definition of water body did not mention retention ponds.
