I have a 400 sq ft office in an existing building without an existing A/C system.

I am working on a building for a college and they want to install a "Digital Dashboard" . The dashboard would observe the performance of the building for students and facility management.

Just want to inquire what is an OCCUPANCY DATE in the LEED on line template?

Is it possible to certify a Wastewater treatment plant under LEED_NC? I´m thinking about possible energy and water use issues... Has anyone heard of a certified one?

Our CI project won't be occupied until 2015 and the IT and AV equipment schedules aren't yet detailed, just an outline of the power demands for the M&E design is available.
