Basement renovation to a LEED Platinum Building

We use 100% non-potable water in our project but the LEED v06 form still requires 50% reduction from baseline, but there is no calculator on the form and none separately available under Resources.

We have an large office space in Central London that has 2 car parking spaces, but the staff will not be able to use them.  They will only be used in exceptional circumstances for visitors.

If our project is within a quarter mile of two bus stops. The two routes have the same route number but one goes East-West and the other is across the street and travels West-East.
