outside air min ventilation

I have modeled outside air identical in both the cases for zones that don't have DCV. But i am unclear about how to model outside air identical in both the cases for zones having DCV.

I modeled a baseline model with System 7. The reviewers wrote that in Tab. 1.4 insufficient information was provided about the VAV reheat boxes, in particular as for G3.1.3.13.

A Contradiction? (my project is under LEED NC 2009) The LEED 2009 ref. guide is unclear with the inclusions for Div. 31, and 32.

Are Base/Subbase Aggregate Materials part of Materials Cost?

Broken Bricks, Tiles and waste materials

We have used large quantities of waste materials procured from manufacturers. We have procured waste material like broken bricks form the brick manufacturer.
