LEED v2009 C&S
Our project consists of seven individual LEED projects on a campus site. Each of these seven projects/buildings has several different uses/space types (e.g. mostly office spaces but also retail spaces in the first floor, preschool areas in one floor, medical offices in another floor, etc.).
If I want to register the seven individual projects wihin the Campus associated with the particular Master Site, I'll use the EXCEL TEMPLATE for the Project Registration (seven rows).
First of all, is it possible to register one project with different uses/space types? Which Space Type do I have to fill out in the template for the projects with different uses/space types? (the one with the largest gross floor area?)
Thanks

Paul:
USGBC provides some relevant Guidance on LEED Campus projects: http://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-campus-guidance. In particular, "the same master site registration can be used by LEED projects pursuing certification under up to three of the Building or Interior Design and Construction rating systems."

Thank you Summer.
On more question: If one of the LEED projects consists of mainly office space but also includes medical office space in one floor and preschool space in another floor, do you think it would be ok to select e.g.: "Office: Administrative/Professional" for the whole project within the Campus Project Registration Template and later define the medical office space and preschool space types within the Project Information Form in detail? Or would it be beter to select "Other" within the Template and define the space types within the PI Form subsequently?
Thanks

The 40/60 rule applies here. If 60%+ of the square footage is Office Administrative/Professional list it as such on the Registration Template then further define individual spaces (i.e. medical office space and preschool space) types within the PI Form.
