Has anyone tried submitting with a state led auditing and verification program?  The credit criteria state rates and facilities must be reveiwed by a "qualified third-party organization" ......

I typically provide different or updated feedback for each project that utilizes this pilot credit. I note any updated experience, and check the forum to answer any questions. The intent is to provide usable feedback, so the same post every time wouldn't be considered helpful, though if you have the same process and experience, I assume posts would look similar. There are still very few facilities certified under RCI. Projects that have pursued this pilot have all been proximate to the necessary receiving facilities and would have likely used them anyway...

Documentation of this credit was easy because we are using a hauler who has a CORR certified facility that is near to our job.  We tried this pilot credit once before and did not achieve it...
