The credit guidance notes that to apply rates over time, a project's waste should be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility. Time increments shall not be reported less than quarterly and no more than annually, and must use consistent time increments throughout the calculations. - Is the requirements stating that the facility should provide the project with quarterly reports for the waste taken to the facility or that the facility must provide quarterly and annual reporting to the certifying body? We received monthly summaries from the facility, but I want to make sure that is sufficient documentation.

Hi Vanessa,
I have achieved this pilot entering monthly percentage data in the calculator and using the reporting on the facility from Recycling Certification Institute. The RCI reporting shows monthly and the annual average. I use the monthly because of project durations and where they may fall. I do have to take screen captures of the monthly rates to get the periods I need. But ultimately both are shown.
