Hi All, In my project, proposed building has DX split unit HVAC System.

Dear All, We are working on residential building in Istanbul/Turkey. The building is heated and cooled by radiators and split AC respectively.

In seeking IDc1 Innovation and Design point for LEED CS v2009, would the purchase of carbon offsets to reduce natural gas emissions be acceptable in achieving the ID point?

Dear all, Currently we are working on an industrial facility pursuing LEED 2009 NC – Major Renovation certification. The building consists of 3 levels.

On version 4.0 of the LEED Online Form, if you selected "Flooring: Mineral-based" or "Unfinished/Untreated Solid Wood", then under "Referenced Standard" the word "exempt would appear.

Currently working on a tenant project. Base building chilled water to each floor supplying DOAS Terminal Units. I'm planning on supplying PD calcs for representative units.

There is some confusion regarding on what percentage of "green" cleaning products are required to get a point. Is it 30% or 75%. Was this something changed in the new version 4?

We have a university lab project that is renovating a select number of rooms, with varying materials/ systems being replaced at different times.

What is the number of cycles necessary to achieve 1 point? 10?
