I am working on a Campus project that consists of 3 Core and Shell office buildings and 1 parking garage. Each building will be built in a different phase, therefore we aren't able to pursue Group certification. The entire site will be registered as a Campus project.
The parking garage will have PV on the roof that is currently designed to only supply energy to parking garage. Can the 3 office buildings take credit for having onsite PV within the Campus boundary, or does the PV need to directly supply energy to the building's to take credit for the Renewable Energy LEED credit?

For a campus project you can allocate the renewable energy to any of the individual projects. Figure out how you would like to allocate the renewable energy production and assign it to the individual project submission(s).
