ADA requirements for charging stations

Just a heads up that some states (CA, I believe) have ADA requirements for the location of electric car charging stations, and related signage.

FAQs about SSc4.3:

Do all hybrid vehicles automatically qualify for this credit?

Can a project pursue this credit via a combination of Option 1 (preferred parking) and Option 2 (alternative fueling stations)?
