Cross-contamination prevention: dedicated exhaust system still required?

Hi,

In order to achieve EQc1 - option 1 do I still need to intall dedicated exhaust systems to all spaces where are hazardous gases are present? In LEED v2009  (IEQc5) this was mandatory....
