I have a LEED Group project where I am pursuing the Light Pollution Reduction credit.  I have a concern regarding the lighting project boundary for a LEED Group site.

We are working on a theater that has some uplight from Marquis light on the front of the building.

Has anyone pursued the Social Equity Within the Community pilot credit and would be willing to share their experience or any lessons learned?

The project has a Laboratory building where the testing of equipments will be done. Can we consider these Lab test rooms under non regularly occupied areas?
