The perimeter light levels are driven by the surrounding light sources such as street lights and adjoining building lights.  Do I need to make note of these factors in the credit form?

I've not submitted an O+M project before and was looking for a sample preventative maintenance plan to get an idea of the level of detail the reviewer is looking for.

We would like to submit pilot credit Quality views in nonregularly occupied spaces in out project in Poland. Which areas do you consider as nonregularly occupied?

I am pursuing the ALL-Gender Restrooms Innovation.  Under Requirments for ID+C it reads Restrooms must be included within the project scope of work in order to pursue this pilot credit.
