Nonregularly occupied spaces

We would like to submit pilot credit Quality views in nonregularly occupied spaces in out project in Poland. Which areas do you consider as nonregularly occupied? How can we categorize terrace with areas for relax and breaks?

The EQ Overview section of the LEED reference guide provides a nice description of 'regularly' versus 'nonregularly' occupied rooms, as well as a nice list of examples.
