Is there document that lists which credits are "design" credits and which are "construction" credits, for any of the rating systems?

Hello everyone. We are just having our first LEED project in Pakistan. The client wants to have their building to be LEED certified.

I have a Construction Submission question. Some Construction Submission credits require verification documentation.

We received our preliminary design review report. All credits that were pending and ones requiring revisions have been revised and additional documents have been uploaded.
