Stamped Cutsheets: to be or not to be?

Must the cutsheets provided for some credits (ex: water reduction) be stamped by the engineer? I seem to recall it was required in prior versions, but I have found no such requirement in LEED v4 manual.

Nancy - I've never seen this requirement in either current or past versions of LEED.
