Hello everyone. We are just having our first LEED project in Pakistan. The client wants to have their building to be LEED certified. The building is starting into construction, and they have already casted their basement foundations onsite.
I want to know if upon registering the project into the LEED online with the project certification rates; is the project still eligible for the DESIGN REVIEW? or we need to go ahead with the CONSTRUCTION REVIEW since the building has already started the construction?
Thank you all in advance!

The project will still have a design review, a construction review, or combination review. So its up to you as whether you want to do separate reviews or combo review.

Hi, You have both options, but the only considerable thing is your timelines, if you want to get certify your project earlier then go with combine review to save time, other wise split reviews.
In combine review you have to submit construction credits as well with design credits commissioning etc.
We did multiple projects with combine review in Pakistan.

To clarify a little bit - the design review may be optional for you, but you may still undertake it if the project team wants to solidify the standing based on the design credits and prerequisites, and in case any modifications to the project may occur based on a design review it would be beneficial to have that review completed earlier.
