I am developing a senior cohousing project. It has 34 permanent homes in a maximum of 3 stories buildings.

I'm trying to figure out the best LEED version to use for an extension of an existing manufacturing building.

May I know if LEED BD+C v4.1 is eligible for recertification? If so please share the checklist.

I have a client (university) that is certifying a couple of buildings with another company and they are doing it as BD+C: NC.

What is the correct registration process for certifiation in a building that will contain a data center underground and above ground will serve as office space 

We are reviewing a project looking to register under LEED ID+C Commercial Interiors v4.

Dear users

The option to register a project for LEED v4 BD+C: Multi-family midrise has disappeared from LEED Online. Does anyone know what's going on?
I have contacted USGBC and not heard back.
