Hi Ayesha, Precertification is an optional review pathway available for a fee for all LEED BD+C projects registered under LEED v4 and LEED v2009, and LEED v4 O+M projects. They offer precertification to help you determine which credits and prerequisites your project is likely to achieve during the full review, to demonstrate your commitment to LEED certification, and to market the unique and valuable green features of your project to attract tenants and financiers.

Hi all, I have just registered a project under v4 and paid for the split review, however as default I have the "precertification tab" but there seems no way to skip it in the "timeline tab" any ideas? thanks In the timeline I get this: Certification timeline Precertification Preliminary Review : Not yet started - Make pre payment
