A project (consisting of four separate buildings on a shared parking garage) will be certified according to v2009 NC.

Greetings! According to the Connections Tool resource page on LEED-Online: "The user must have ArcEditor 9.3 or ArcInfo 9.3.
LEED-CS sunset date

I believe the standard GBCI policy on sunset dates is six years from the last date that a project could register under the given rating system.
