Regarding Renewable Energy Production for LEED certification and also for LEED Zero certification, there is an issue which is kind of not clear to me.

Happy November LEEDuser -  the LEED requirement for generators for this Pilot is that they meet the SCAQMD requirements.  The requirement also includes a monitoring system, though SCAQMD

Can short term bike rack be a covered style also?

I would like to verify that we can just have one bicycle covered storage unit as long as it meets the requirement of being 200 Feet from the main entrance (as required by short-term bike rack) and

Zero Lot line / < 1 Acre site

CS-v4 SSp1:Construction activity pollution prevention

Our project sits on .8 acres and is a zero lot line project (including ~25 SF of hardscape). Local juristiction exempts our project from developing a SWPPP.

Does pervious landscaping (grasses and trees) count toward LID area that retains water on site in accordance with the Rainfall Events Calculator Strategies tab?
