In our project there is an open office with 10 workstation but only 6 of them are occupied. Nobody is using the other 4 workstations at the moment.

Duct adhesives

All HVAC ducts will have an adhesive, some sort of strip, that goes around the duct connections. Does anybody know what will the limit be for this adhesive? Thank you very much.

Development Density - Minimum Density of Project?

For Option 1. Development Density, does the LEED project itself still need to meet the 60,000 SF/acre requirement? Per the addenda from 10/01/2013 for the section 6.
