Hi - I thought I had found somewhere that LEED requires you to continue counting products with EPDs (applies to HPDs/materials ingredients as well) even after you reach the threshold targ

I have an owner that is interested in installing bird glazing for their Airport project. We are pursuing the quality view credit which somewhat limits our options for bird safe glazing.

Existing Parking Lot

If building next to an existing parking lot, which will serve the new structure, does the parking lot footprint need to be included in the LEED project boundaries?  Assume there will be minor

Retail FTE Access

This core and shell office building has retail on the ground level. There are locker rooms and bike storage on this level but no direct interior access from the retail spaces to these facilities.
