Can Low missission gas generator qualify for EAc2?

I am doing a factory building in Dhaka Bangladesh. To offset the power outage, they are going to use gas generator.

Transpired Solar Collector

For an upcoming project we are proposing using a metal wall system that acts as a transpired solar collector to bring preheated air into the building.
