NC-2009 EAc2: On-Site Renewable Energy
A project team is looking to pursue an ID credit on their new office building. The annual building energy cost for their 400,000 square foot project is $15,120. Which of the following credits would earn credit for exemplary performance? (Choose 1)

Can I pursue this credit if I am using one of the prescriptive compliance paths for EAp2/EAc1?
Can I really double-count onsite renewable energy in both EAc2 and EAc1?
Our PV system is being installed after the building is occupied. Is that okay?

2300 is 15.2% of the 15120 so it is over the threshold and qualifies for an ID credit.
