Dear Concern:-
Our client produce huge amount of Renewable energy by wind mills and the energy produced via wind mill is almost 5 times greater than LEED project annual energy consumption
so please advice/guide how to claim this wind mill energy production in Green power, what are the documents needed to get this credit
Note :- wind mill is not in LEED Boundary (is it possible to claim it in EA CR 02 Credit)

First of all do not confuse green power with this credit.
To claim off-site renewables the project owner has to own the power production (or it needs to be a lease of 10 years or more) and it needs to be located in the same utility service territory. The RECs must be retained or replaced. The owner must allocate a portion of the output of the renewable system to the project. So you need some documentation of the ownership of the wind power, evidence that the RECs have been retained or replaced, and a letter from the owner allocating some of the power to this project.

What I wrote is from an interpretation but I don't have the interpretation numbers memorized. I would have to search for it. You can do so here - http://www.usgbc.org/leed-interpretations
