We are currently starting a project that utilizes a biomass central steam plant. This plant uses wood chips, a waste product from local paper factories. My question is whether or not Green-e's definition and requirements for eligible renewables (in the Green-e Energy National Stadard Version 2.3), specifically "woody waste", is sufficient for EAc2 v.3?

The LEED Reference Guide defines acceptable renewables for this credit. Sounds like your fuel source qualifies as "untreated wood waste including mill residues".
